High-frequency electric knife use:
1, before the use of the correct connection of various connections, test whether the machine is running normally, find problems in time maintenance.
2, select the appropriate negative plate, placed in the muscle rich, flat and close to the surgical area easy to observe the part.
3. The exposed parts of the body should be wrapped with cloth to avoid contact with metal.
4, the plug of the electric knife and pen is connected with the machine, check whether the knife and pen are normal, adjust the electric knife and electric coagulation, avoid too large or too small.
5, if the fault occurs during the use of the negative plate should be checked whether the contact is not good or the electric knife pen hand pinch switch short circuit failure.
6, after use, disconnect the switch, unplug the power, take off the negative plate, tidy up well.
Note on the use of high-frequency electrotome:
1, the reasonable selection of negative plate, should be placed in the muscle and blood vessels rich, flat and close to the surgical area and easy to observe, such as buttocks, thighs, calves, do not place in hair, fat and scar, bone protrusion, avoid pressure, away from the ECG monitoring electrode.
2, the negative plate is kept flat, the area is not less than 64.5 square centimeters, it is prohibited to cut and fold, and avoid repeated use to prevent cross infection and burn.
3. Patients weighing less than 25㎏ should try not to use electroknives.
4, the operating table should be well managed electric knife pen, fixed in a safe position, use a protective cylinder, when not in use, put in the cylinder, do not place on the doctor's operation and patient exposure body surface. Keep the surgical incision cloth dry and remove the eschar on the cutter head in time to avoid affecting the use effect.
5. Pay attention to fire safety, avoid contact with flammable materials, and temporarily remove oxygen when the airway is used.
6, the patient's bare limbs should be wrapped in cloth to avoid contact with metal.
7, do not use too long electrode cables. This will not only increase the high-frequency leakage current, but also may cause the cable to drag to the ground or metal body to increase the leakage current and cause burns, or make the high-frequency electric knife and operating table too large, stray into the spacing of the personnel may touch, kick and pull the high-frequency cable, resulting in cable damage, plate mismovement, fall off or even tear (especially the soft plate)!
8, the monitoring instrument electrode or measuring probe should be away from the surgical area, especially to avoid the surgical current channel (from the tool head to the plate), to prevent interference. Try not to use metal electrodes, especially needles or electrodes with too small an area, to avoid the danger of multi-point grounding.
